Rental Sales Agent

For our branch in Zaventem, we’re looking for an energetic Rental Agent who greets customers with a smile and is ready to deliver top-notch service every single day.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing rental agreements

• Handling invoicing

• Inspecting vehicles upon return

• Creating damage reports when necessary

• Managing the mailbox and phone calls

• You speak fluent English and French, Dutch is a plus

• You have a customer-focused approach and work proactively

• You have the right attitude, motivation, and drive to make things succeed

• Experience in a similar role is a plus!
